Customer Account & Password
To create a customer account, click on ‘Login’ in the menu and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you an e-mail with a six-digit code. After entering this code, you will be automatically redirected to your personal customer area – your account is now created.
Yes, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating a customer account gives you additional benefits such as viewing your order history and a faster checkout process.
Log in to your customer account and select ‘Profile’. You can edit your details there at any time.
Order
Select your desired items, add them to your shopping bag, and follow the checkout process – quick, easy, and secure.
If you contact us quickly, we’ll check if a change is still possible. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via e-mail. If you have a customer account, you can view your orders at any time in your account area.
Gift Cards & Store Credit
Yes! Our digital gift cards make the perfect present – you can send them via e-mail with a personal message.
During checkout, enter your code in the “Gift Card / Store Credit / Promotion Code” field. The amount will be deducted automatically.
If you have a customer account, you can view your available credit or previously used gift cards in your account overview.
Payment & Refund
We offer secure and flexible payment options:
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Your payment will be processed immediately upon completing your order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
At the moment, this is not possible – please choose one payment method per order.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship to all EU countries.
Shipping is free on orders over €200. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
Yes, your order is fully insured – from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us or use the return form. We’ll provide you with a free return label.
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order – no questions asked.
Yes, returns are free of charge.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order. Direct exchanges are currently not available.
